Yoga for All Bodies w/Dr. Judy
Tuesday/Thursday Mornings, 9:00-10:00am
For all levels and all bodies. This yoga emphasizes the exploration of stability versus mobility. How do we access strength to increase range of motion? How do we create movements that nourish joint mobility? We'll investigate these inquiries on the mat for you to deepen your connections with your body and movement practice.

Kids Yoga w/Nicole
Tue/Thur Afternoons, 3:30-4:30pm
Calling all kids – these classes are for you!! Kids Yoga expert "Kali Ma" (that's "Ms. Nicole" to the little ones) guides our future leaders & lovers in the art, science, and practice of learning Yoga and incorporating those lessons into their young lives. Parents are welcome to join in classes or simply drop off/pick up. Either way, Kids YwN is a safe space for children to explore the principles & practices of the path.
Our classes focus on developing personal strength, emotional wellness, leadership skills, and community building. More than just an hour of poses, your child learns self-regulation, cooperation & communication, and empowerment skills that last a lifetime. With over 10 years of successful programming at Active Wellness and Waugh Elementary Schools, Kids YwN is proud to call Cotati Moves home.

This weekly class focuses on a creative way to bring movement & dance into Yoga poses while incorporating components of physical and emotional energy clearing exercises, affirmations, breathing exercises and sound journey meditations to help us access and clear negative patterns and stuck emotions in our bodies so we can move towards inner joy and connection.

Focus on bringing awareness to your spiritual practice through mind, body, & breath practices infused with mantra, mudra, and meditation. This yoga is a known for addressing the nervous system and is great for those looking to develop endurance, finesse, and inner strength.
This class incorporates music, gong, and chanting as well as physical and emotional exercises for releasing stagnant energies, raising creative energy, and balancing/grounding with source.

Mat Pilates w/Victoria Ott
Saturday Mornings, 7:00am-8:00am
Traditional Mat Pilates works the core muscles which Joseph Pilates called the power house. This toning exercise routine will incorporate some easy and challenging classic exercises like the hundreds, side lying, bridges, and roll downs. This class is great for beginners and experts as the exercises build on each class. Come and join and get time.
Victoria has been teaching Pilates and fitness classes since 2003. She started teaching Yoga for Elementary and High School Administrators after school for the Long Beach school district, while she attended college at Chapman University for Exercise Science. She proceeded to obtain 200hrs og yoga teacher training thru Yoga Fit. After college, she moved to Ojai, California and taught Yoga and fitness classes for the Ojai Valley Inn and Spa, YMCA, and the Four Seasons. During this time, she continued to educate herself with a 500hr Pilates Apparatus Program thru Pilates Sport Center in Encino, CA. In 2010, she left Ojai to adventure to Tecate, MX to teach Pilates at Rancho La Puerto. After her contract was completed, with a total of 10 years of teaching fitness, her desire to learn more about the body and to help others with more mobility, she went back to school for massage. She no enjoys teaching fitness and doing massage work.

This class for kids ages 8-12yrs focuses on play, skill development, and community. Alley Joy has been teaching hooping for kids & adults for years and is happy to guide your child in the art of playful motion. Parents must be present during the class & are welcome to join in & learn too!!
