Supporting clients through her unique style of chiropractic bodywork, Dr. Rachel combines manual adjusting, instrument-assisted adjusting, soft tissue & energetic/tonal adjusting that serves each client in their comfort and sense of safety. She loves facilitating healing in people from all walks of life, from babies and youth, to pregnancy (certified in Webster Technique), and Elder-hood. When she’s not serving human clients, she can be found traveling the North Bay administering chiropractic care to horses, dogs, cats, sheep & pigs, as she is also certified in animal chiropractic care.

Waka is a certified & experienced Kundalini Yoga instructor offering classes in both English and Japanese!! Her classes are online live in Japan every week, while she guides students from the comfort of her California home here in Petaluma. Kiranjot is a Vocalist, founding member of Copper Wimmin, Kundalini Yoga teacher, Indian Classical music teacher and a devotee of the Divine Mother. From her travels through India to Chile and back, she's been using her voice as a call for revolutionary self-love and healing - inviting her audiences to be transformed by the healing power of their own voice and the practice of singing together as ONE.

Baddoura is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor offering Vinyasa Yoga for beginners. Focusing on stress-relief as a path, she embraces a slow-and-gentle approach to finding your flow with basic floor, seated, and standing sequences that are easily accessible for every level practitioner. 

Yvette Turner is a professional First Responder leading trainings and certification in CPR, AED, and Pediatric First Aid. Yvette teaches Hatha Yoga by donation in the Sebastapol, Cotati, and Santa Rosa communities and loves to help people find a gentle and pain-free path to working with their bodies.

Evan graduated from Ashiyana Yoga School in Goa, India in 2020, receiving his 200hr certification in Ashtanga-based instruction. Evan offers his donation-based Earth Moves classes each week at Cotati Moves - a slower practice of listening to our bodies, finding our soft strength and flow.

Shelby has been dancing professionally for over a decade, specializing in Hip Hop. She graduated from Sonoma State with an Honorable Distinction for her B.A. in Theatre Arts & Dance, where she both choreographed & performed, diving deeper into Contemporary and Heels. Recently, she taught children and te ensat Windsor Dance Academy and now you will find her teaching her own pop-up classes in her three main styles right here at Cotati Moves.

Victoria has been teaching Pilates and fitness classes since 2003 when she started teaching yoga for Elementary/High School administrators while attending Chapman University. She obtained her 200hrs of yoga teacher training thru Yoga Fit and later her 500hr Pilates Apparatus Program thru Pilates Sport Center in Encino. Her desire to learn more and to help others led her to go back to school for massage; and she now enjoys teaching fitness and doing massage work.

LaShante is a mother, devoted West African dancer & drummer, and physical fitness trainer living in Santa Rosa. Currently working on her media presence after a 5yr break from fitness instruction in the Bay Area with a dance company there, when LaShante decided start a family it seemed like the end of her dance career but eventually that decision forced her to realize her talent in dance & fitness instruction – and now she’s back in the game at Cotati Moves!!


Alley Joy brings the joy into your life with her classes in yoga, meditation, breath-work, and creative expression. Connecting you with the joy of Ecstatic Dance, her classes blend live & digital sound,  groovy eye-candy lighting, and fun, funky vibes that encourages your most playful and authentic self to step forward.

Jade has a MA in Counseling Psychology, is a Sonoma County Social Worker, and has been teaching women's self-defense for over 30 years. She has worked with children of all ages. As a trauma-informed instructor, Jade assumes that in each class, there are survivors of sexual violence, dating and domestic violence, sexual harassment, etc. and strives to create an emotionally safe classroom environment.
