RELAXATION & STRESS MANAGEMENT YOGA CLASS
3 Sunday's/Month 4:30pm-5:30pm Join Anna for a 60 minute restorative, Iyengar-inspired class combining slow flow Asana/poses with traditional Ujayi Pranayam/slow breathing technique. Asana/poses are held in longer duration, with the emphasis of movement as "quality over quantity". The purpose of this restorative yoga class is to engage the parasympathetic nervous system - rest, digest. So, come to class to unwind, re-focus, and rejuvenate!! This series runs for three weeks every month:
